Heritage Re-sand for Tomerong Hall
Location: Tomerong Hall, Tomerong, NSW

Located in the heart of Tomerong village, this project saw the re-sanding and finishing of the Heritage Mix hardwood flooring in the historic Tomerong Hall — a cherished community space with deep local roots.
The Heritage Mix, a carefully selected blend of Australian hardwoods, offers a rich tapestry of natural tones and varied grain, bringing depth and character to the hall’s interior. Once the boards were carefully sanded back, we applied a water-based two-pack matte satin finish to preserve the natural beauty of the timber while delivering a robust, low-sheen surface suited to high-traffic use.
The finished floor offers a perfect balance of heritage charm and practical durability, revitalising the hall while respecting its historic significance.
CYPRESS PINE REVIVAL – OLD EROWAL BAY, NSW

We were called in to restore a well-worn Cypress Pine floor in a classic property in Old Erowal Bay. Years of daily use had left the timber dull, scratched, and uneven — a far cry from its original charm.
Using our state-of-the-art German sanding technology, we brought the floor back to life with precision and care. The natural grain and warm tones of the Cypress Pine were enhanced with a satin water-based finish, offering an elegant low-sheen look that blends durability with timeless appeal.

HISTORIC BALTIC PINE REFRESH – ST GEORGE BASIN, NSW

Finish: Water-Based Two-Pack – Matte Satin
This project involved the full restoration of a beautiful Baltic Pine floor in a family home nestled in St George Basin. The original boards had aged significantly, with visible wear, discolouration, and surface damage built up over decades.
Our team performed a meticulous sand-back to reveal the natural charm and warm tones of the Baltic Pine. We then applied a water-based two-pack coating in a matte satin finish – striking the perfect balance between subtle sheen and modern durability. This low-VOC product ensures a hard-wearing surface that enhances the timber’s grain without overpowering its character.
The result? A refreshed, breathable coastal aesthetic that’s both elegant and built to last

Set against the stunning backdrop of Kangaroo Valley, this project involved the installation and finishing of brand-new Blackbutt flooring — a durable Australian hardwood known for its pale golden hues and subtle grain patterns.
After expertly laying the boards, we applied a water-based two-pack matte satin finish to enhance the timber’s natural beauty while offering long-lasting protection. This finish delivers a modern, low-sheen look that complements both rustic and contemporary interiors.
The final result is a seamless, light-filled floor that adds warmth and sophistication to the home
